POM Sheet (Polyoxymethylene), Delrin or Acetal, is a semi-chrystalline thermoplastic offering very high strength and rigidity. This Acetal Sheet has good sliding properties and wear resistance, as well as low moisture absorption.

PEEK sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic with outstanding resistance to harsh chemicals. Unfilled PEEK is naturally abrasion resistant.

Polycarbonate sheet is as clear as glass and 250 times stronger. It’s also 30 times stronger than acrylic sheet. With its inherent design flexibility, polycarbonate can be cut or cold-formed on site during installation without the pre-forming and fabrication associated with glass or acrylic.

Nylon was the first engineering resin and has been used in applications ranging from electronic, marine, and automotive industries to fibers used to make carpet. Nylon sheet has outstanding wear resistance and low frictional properties. Nylon has very good temperature, chemical, and impact properties.

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet is extremely strong against impact, abrasion resistant, and exhibits a low coefficient of friction. The material is also moisture, stain, and odor resistant, and is FDA approved for use in the food processing industry (mainly for cutting boards).

PVC Foam is a lightweight, compressed foam board used extensively in the display and exhibition industry. The material is generally used in short term print and signage applications, or as backing board to exhibition and pop up display creations.

CPVC is a high heat, corrosion resistant chlorinated polyvinyl chloride sheet (CPVC). Because of its excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures, it is ideally suited for self-supporting constructions where high temperatures are a concern.

Phenolic sheet is a hard, dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass cloth impregnated with synthetic resin. Bakelite phenolic sheet is produced in many commercial grades and with various additives to meet diverse mechanical, electrical and thermal requirements.

A-PET (Amorphous Polyethylene Terephthalate) is a thermoplastic sheet which is used for various purposes. It has great mechanical properties with thermoforming attributes which make it a perfect material for packaging of materials. It has various characteristics as it is useful for creating the plastic bottles which are commonly used for cold drinks.

Acrylic is a transparent plastic material with outstanding strength, stiffness, and optical clarity. Acrylic sheet is easy to fabricate, bonds well with adhesives and solvents, and is easy to thermoform. It has superior weathering properties compared to many other transparent plastics.
